Shipping & Returns

How much does shipping cost?
We have flat rate shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at the time an order is placed. We will always let you know the shipping cost ahead of time – no surprises.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and typically arrive in 1 to 3 business days.

How can I track my order?
By calling us ten times day. No, not really. We will send you an order confirmation and it will include order tracking information.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
We ship worldwide. International orders will be paid in advance. Clients are responsible for shipping, taxes, and duties. Call us to see if we can help find you the most cost-efficient shipping method for you.

Will you ship on our UPS or Fed-Ex account?
We provide fast shipping, and there are options for all budgets. If you’d prefer to use your UPS or Fed-Ex account, please call us and we can set that up for you.

What is your return policy?
You probably won’t need to because you will be so pleased with our products! But, if you must return anything, you may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. A 25% restocking fee will be applied for all other orders returned plus shipping.


What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

Our company/organization is tax exempt. Can I still order online?
If you are tax exempt, please fill out the Tax Exemption Certificate and fax or email it to us at


Do you supply samples?
Does a screw have threads? Yes, we can supply samples. Call or send us an email as to what you are looking for.

I need less than your minimum of an item. Is that possible to order less than minimum?
Always call to inquire. Boxes come in certain quantities and we usually don’t open them to avoid messing up counts, but we will if you are nice to us! Do not hesitate to contact us to see if we can accommodate.

Do you offer quotes for larger orders?
Absolutely! The bigger the better! Please call or email us and let us know what you need.

I need a product, but can’t find it on your website. Can you still get it for me?
Unless it’s a fifty-foot inflatable gorilla, we can usually supply it. We have tried to put it all on our website, but it is almost impossible to include all items.  Please call or send us an email with what you’re looking for and we will do everything we can for you.

Do you supply custom parts and modifications?
Yes, we can! We love building new things and we have the resources to make it happen. Call or send us an email and let us know what custom parts or modifications you are interested in.

Do you accept blanket orders?
We sure do. Let us know the quantities and frequency of the products you are needing, and we can arrange to release and bill these items at the intervals you choose.

Customer Information

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Don’t worry, happens to the best of us. Follow the prompts on the log in page and a new password will be sent to you by email. You’ll be asked to enter the email linked with your account. If you cannot remember the email address you used, please contact us at (248) 572-4862 to help you out.

Can I get a custom ordering list for my purchasing department?
If you have custom parts or would like a list of products your company orders regularly, we can create a custom item list. Anyone you grant access to will be able to login to either their own, or a shared account, and order directly from the custom list. Give us a call and we can set this up.

What do you do with the personal information I provided on your site?
We will send you information regarding your placed orders. But, beyond that, we promise we don’t sell it, and we keep it confidential. You can approve during enrollment to receive emails periodically, and each email comes with an unsubscribe button, so you can stop receiving our exciting news and information if you choose.
